The material of this tie rod is made with common aluminum alloy but for lightweight and better strength chromoly alloy version is also available. Steel tubing with pillow ball rod end is constructed from a single piece of material. Comparing to OEM rod Ruff??s product provides better strength on its connecting end and can definitely handle the torsion during high-speed corning. Plus with the pillow ball connecting end it increasingly enhance the handling response.
